Mark W. Anthoine Jr.

Mark is a Partner at Varney Financial and has 10 years of experience working with small and large employers, as well as individual clients in Maine and New England.

Mark is also an Account Executive at Varney Benefits Advisors and is responsible for client management and the acquisition of new clients. He holds a life and health insurance license as well as his Series 6 and 63 securities licenses.

Prior to joining Varney Financial, Mark served as an Account Executive for BGA Financial.

A Lewiston, Maine native, Mark graduated from the University of Maine, Orono in 2014. He has a BA in Business Management. While at UMO, Mark was a 4 year member of the Black Bears hockey team. He served as an Assistant Captain during his senior year. Prior to joining BGA Financial, Mark played professional hockey for the Evansville Icemen and the Manchester Monarchs.

He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Auburn-Lewiston YMCA and serves as its Finance Committee Chair.

Mark currently resides in Auburn, Maine with his wife and their son.
